The ideal candidate will have experience in HR and Employee Relations, strong data and analytical skills, and be CIPD Level 5 qualified or working towards this qualification. • Proven HR and Employee Relations case management experience in a medium to large-sized organization.
• Enjoy working at pace, take initiative, and prioritize work.
• Generalist HR exposure to areas like Talent, DEI, and Reward.

Responsibilities

• Provide tailored HR advice on all employee-related issues.
• Deliver timely and informed advice on Disciplinary, Grievance, and Performance Improvement.
• Produce and distribute monthly metrics/scorecards for business areas.
