WorkNest is hiring a Client Manager on behalf of our sister company. This is a hybrid role, requiring in-office attendance twice a week at either our Leeds or Stevenage location.
The Client Manager will manage a portfolio of accounts with a mid-level personal retention and growth target. The focus will be on building strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, and driving growth through renewals, upsell, and cross-sell.
