Job summary

A leading UK packaging company is looking for a self-driven Internal Technical/Commercial/Sales Manager in Boston. The role involves interacting with customers, solving queries on label printers and software, managing projects, and promoting products. Responsibilities

  • Understand the range of products, working on the technical and commercial side to support customers.
  • Identify solutions and create sales opportunities for product promotion.
  • Communicate with customers to understand their requirements for projects valued between £1,000 - £100,000.
  • Manage projects both technically and commercially to completion.
  • Ensure timely sign off and invoicing.
  • Maintain product manuals for the entire range of products.
  • Work with suppliers to ensure project satisfaction.
