The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of engineering experience, excellent leadership capabilities, and a robust understanding of PPM and CAFM systems. Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering services.
  • Must understand PPM, RM, and CAFM systems.
  • Experience with smart systems.

Responsibilities

  • Provide best-in-class engineering service.
  • Manage compliance and site logbooks.
  • Develop and maintain effective client relationships.

Skills

Technical awareness in FM and new buildings
Leadership skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
IT literacy

Education

Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
