We’relooking for an experiencedOperations Managerto take on a pivotal leadership role withinour growingcommercial drainage and plumbingcompany - 24hr Aquaflow Services.

We’re seeking a motivated, client-focused specialist to lead and manage our skilled team of Field Engineersacross London and theSouth East. This is a critical management position that will allow you to take full ownership of field operations and you’ll be working closely with our Operations Director.

What you’ll be doing
  • Leading: directly managing, mentoring and supporting our field engineer team.
  • Problem-Solving: be the senior escalation point for any customer or staff challenges.
  • Managing clients: maintain and build strong relationships by ensuring excellent service delivery and swift resolution concerns.
  • Managing teams: assist the Operational Director with management duties and reporting.
  • Operational duties: oversee daily scheduling, resource allocation and performance monitoring (KPIs) to ensure maximum efficiency and commercial success.
  • Supply chain management: navigate and coordinate effectively with a multi-tiered supply chain.
About you

We need a candidate with a strong background in operational management within a relevant sector, as well as:

  • Proven leadership in a field-based service environment in commercial drainage, plumbing, facilities management (FM), M&E, or support services.
  • Exceptional communication, diplomacy and resilience under pressure.
  • Be within a commutable distance to our primary office in Maldon, Essex.
