The Role

We’re looking for a Brand Producer / Project Manager to sit at the intersection of our Brand, Creative, and Growth teams — a dynamic generalist who thrives on making things happen.

This is a hands-on, cross-functional role where you’ll be embedded in all areas of the business, helping to drive momentum and deliver exceptional brand moments. You’ll play a key role in executing Healf Experience 2026, our next flagship event, and take ownership of managing creative campaigns, social content, partnerships, shoots, and brand projects end-to-end.

Where You’ll Make An Impact
  • Lead project management for Healf Experience 2026, coordinating logistics, creative, partner activations, and production delivery.
  • Manage event timelines, budgets, and cross-team communication to ensure flawless execution.
  • Bring brand and growth campaigns to life across social, email, paid, PR, and partnerships — ensuring deadlines are met and quality stays high.
  • Coordinate shoots from concept to delivery, working with creative teams, photographers, and external partners to deliver world-class assets.
  • Oversee collaborations with brand partners, experts, and influencers to deliver campaigns that feel culturally relevant and on-brand.
  • Track project milestones, manage priorities, and run weekly check-ins to keep brand projects moving.
  • Build structure, streamline workflows, and improve efficiency across the team.
  • Contribute to how Healf shows up — across brand voice, campaign messaging, and visual direction.
  • Maintain a clear, up-to-date marketing calendar to align the Brand, Growth, and Partnerships teams.
  • Help ensure the brand team meets its 2% of revenue budget and proactively identify cost‑saving opportunities.
  • Use data and creative instinct to suggest ways we can improve — from process automation to content ideas and campaign innovation.
  • Attend weekly Growth meetings, capture key actions, and share insights across the wider Brand team.
