Allicio Nutrition Limited is on the lookout for a driven Business Development Manager to lead the charge in new business acquisition within our fast-growing commercial team.
We’re not your typical manufacturer. Allicio partners with global blue-chip suppliers and visionary brand owners to develop and create high-quality, sustainable nutritional products that fuel everyday wellness.
As our new Business Development Manager, you’ll be the engine driving growth – with 75% of your focus on winning new business across the blended powder products within the food, beverage and nutrition space. You'll turn “potential” into “actual” by selling Allicio’s industry-leading capabilities, products, and speed-to-market agility.
At least 5 years' experience in BDM or Key Account Management roles, ideally in contract manufacturing for sports or medical nutrition
A proven track record of hunting and converting new business
Experience with dry powder products is a strong plus
Outstanding communication and presentation skills
A commercial mindset with a can-do, hands-on attitude
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and forecasting tools
What You’ll Do:
Manage a growth-focused annual budget
Identify and convert high-potential leads into loyal customers
Collaborate across departments to craft standout pitches and solutions
Represent Allicio at trade shows and networking events
Contribute to strategic cross-functional projects
