We are looking for a skilled and passionate Registered Manager to take the lead in our established 3‑bed home (operated as a 2‑bed). You will oversee the care of two settled young people who are engaged in full‑time education, supported by a consistent and committed team.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Registered Manager in an Ofsted Registered Children’s Home
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or willingness to complete)
- Strong leadership, safeguarding, and compliance knowledge
- Genuine passion for delivering trauma‑informed, high‑quality care
- Stability & Structure: A calm, well‑established setting with settled young people
- Ongoing Development: Opportunities to access further qualifications and CPD
- Competitive Salary: £50,000 – £65,000 DOE, with performance incentives
