A leading children’s care organization is seeking an experienced Dual Registered Children’s Home Manager to oversee two Ofsted-regulated homes in Warrington. This role involves shaping therapeutic care environments from the start and leading the registration process. The ideal candidate should have recent Ofsted registration experience and a Level 5 qualification. Dual Registered Children’s Home Manager
Location: Warrington (WA1 & WA2)
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
Salary Potential: Up to £75,000 pa OTE (£55,000 starting + attractive bonus scheme)
Purpose of the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to oversee two Ofsted-regulated children’s homes located just three miles apart in Warrington.
This is an opportunity to join from the very beginning of the registration process - with one home ready now, and the second due to open later this year.
You’ll play a key role in shaping high-quality, therapeutic, trauma-informed care environments from day one.
