Service: Children's Residential Home
Service Users: 2 x Young People (EBD, settled, both in full‑time education)

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Registered Manager to take the lead in our established 3‑bed home (operated as a 2‑bed). You will oversee the care of two settled young people who are engaged in full‑time education, supported by a consistent and committed team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Registered Manager in an Ofsted Registered Children’s Home
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or willingness to complete)
• Strong leadership, safeguarding, and compliance knowledge
• Genuine passion for delivering trauma‑informed, high‑quality care
