  • Have at least 2 years’ experience managing an Ofsted-rated "Good" or above children's home.
  • Hold a QCF Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Children and Young People’s Services or equivalent.
  • Have experience collaborating with clinical professionals, including Speech and Language Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and Psychologists.
  • Be skilled in multidisciplinary meetings and managing emergency placements.
  • Be passionate about ensuring young people have equal opportunities and the support needed to shape their own bright futures.
