Salary: £42,381.23 per annum — with potential earnings up to £46,581.23 through Ofsted and Occupancy bonuses
Working Hours: 39 hours per week (Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm, with flexibility for sleep-ins when required)

This is a small, nurturing solo placement home designed to offer stability, safety, and emotional development for one young person with EBD and trauma-related needs.

💫 Who We Are Looking For

We’re seeking a motivated Registered Manager who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people.

Or a Deputy Manager looking to step up.

You’ll have a proven record of managing or deputising within Ofsted-regulated children’s homes, with strong leadership skills and an understanding of trauma-informed practice.

Essential Requirements:

  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (or willingness to work towards it)

  • Previous experience managing a team within an Ofsted-registered children’s home

  • Sound knowledge of safeguarding, child protection, and Ofsted frameworks (SCCIF)

  • Strong leadership and team management skills

  • A valid Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own car
