💷 Salary: £46,000 per annum (OTE up to £51,400 with Ofsted & Occupancy bonuses)
⏰ Working Hours: 39 hours per week (Full-time)

🎓 Qualifications Required: Level 4 Children, Young People and Families Practitioner or Level 3 Residential Childcare AND Level 5 Diploma in Leadership (or willingness to work towards)
🧠 Experience Required: 2 Years experience in a supervision role(s) within children's residential services

You must have experience in overseeing teams and services in a similar setting, and be confident managing resources and quality standards.
