You’ll support everything from high-energy service to training and development, helping create a venue that both customers and colleagues love.In this role, you’ll:* Support the General Manager in the smooth, profitable running of the venue* Lead by example to deliver exceptional guest experiences* Motivate and coach the team to reach their full potential* Maintain high standards in quality, service, safety, and compliance* Handle tricky situations and complaints with calm, guest-first confidence* Bring our Buzzworks Core Values to life, on every shift### You are:* A natural Leader who builds trust and brings out the best in others* Guest Focused, confident, and unflappable under pressure* A strong communicator and problem solver* Experienced in hospitality management or ready to take the next step* A true team player with a can-do attitude and a passion for service### Buzzworks is an equal opportunity employer.
