A leading care provider in Norwich is looking for an experienced Deputy Manager to join their team at Mountfield. You will play a vital role in supervising care teams, ensuring high-quality person-centred care, and maintaining care plans. The ideal candidate will have supervisory experience in social care, a minimum NVQ Level 3, and excellent communication skills. This permanent position offers a competitive salary of £36,039.16 per annum and various benefits, including a comprehensive induction and development opportunities.
We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced care professional to join our team as Deputy Manager at Mountfield, on a permanent basis working 37 hours per week.
As Deputy Manager, you will get the chance to work alongside dedicated management and operational care teams, playing a vital role in developing and maintaining excellent care services.
You will be constantly engaging with all colleagues and tenants/residents to ensure care plans are continuously reviewed and tailored to provide the best support, whilst also seeking guidance from care professionals that we partner with.
This role will provide you the opportunity to make a real difference in the care services we deliver, using your own compassion and dedication to drive and motivate our fantastic team.
You will have previous experience working at a supervisory level in a Social Care environment alongside:
