Responsibilities
- Manage Quantity Surveying and Buying activities within COINS framework.
- Ensure resources align with Development Programmes.
- Monitor subcontractor performance and negotiate better deals.
- Calculate and report prime costs for developments.
- Prepare and present budget information for P&L meetings.
