Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of buying and quantity surveying activities.
• Good understanding of Health and Safety requirements.
• Experience in procurement and subcontracting.

Responsibilities

• Manage Quantity Surveying and Buying activities within COINS framework.
• Ensure resources align with Development Programmes.
• Monitor subcontractor performance and negotiate better deals.
• Calculate and report prime costs for developments.
• Prepare and present budget information for P&L meetings.

Skills

Knowledge of buying and quantity surveying activities
