Aramark UK is proud to partner with Principality Stadium to deliver world-class hospitality and non-event day experiences. We’re looking for a proactive Head of Sales to lead our non-event day sales strategy and drive commercial success at one of the UK’s most iconic venues.

This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of premium experiences beyond match days. From conferences and private dining to stadium tours, pop-up restaurants, and large-scale events like concerts and exhibitions, you’ll be at the heart of creating unforgettable moments.

  • Develop and deliver a sales strategy to hit ambitious revenue targets

  • Build strong relationships with partners, promoters and clients

You’ll bring:
  • 7+ years’ experience in hospitality or venue sales, with at least 3 years in management
