A highly respected, boutique wealth management firm based in South Dublin is now seeking a skilled Employee Benefits Portfolio Manager to join their team in a newly created position.
This is a brand new, full-time permanent position with a firm famous for their development opportunities - and comfortably providing one of the best working environments in the market.
As the successful Employee Benefits Portfolio Manager, you will receive the following:

As the successful Employee Benefits Portfolio Manager, you will play a key role in:
- Management of existing clients within EB division - across areas including group risk, retirement solutions, health insurance & more
- Client relationship building with new and existing clients
- Management of small, high-performing administrative team
- Continually develop working understanding of broker market, liaising with insurance companies
- Presenting to existing and prospective companies
The successful Employee Benefits Portfolio Manager will meet the following criteria:
- Relevant industry qualification(s) - IIPM, LIA exams, CII, QFA, ACII, Trustee qualifications, etc.
- Deep understanding of pension and life products, Irish market
- Proven skills in presenting to C‑Suite level stakeholders
- Experience in liaising/working with insurers
- Ability to thrive in a small‑team setting
- Strong IT skills
