Employee Benefits Portfolio Manager

A highly respected, boutique wealth management firm based in South Dublin is now seeking a skilled Employee Benefits Portfolio Manager to join their team in a newly created position.

This is a brand new, full-time permanent position with a firm famous for their development opportunities - and comfortably providing one of the best working environments in the market.

The Role:

As the successful Employee Benefits Portfolio Manager, you will play a key role in:

  • Management of existing clients within EB division - across areas including group risk, retirement solutions, health insurance & more
  • Client relationship building with new and existing clients
  • Management of small, high-performing administrative team
  • Continually develop working understanding of broker market, liaising with insurance companies
  • Presenting to existing and prospective companies
The Person:

The successful Employee Benefits Portfolio Manager will meet the following criteria:

  • Relevant industry qualification(s) - IIPM, LIA exams, CII, QFA, ACII, Trustee qualifications, etc.
  • Deep understanding of pension and life products, Irish market
  • Proven skills in presenting to C‑Suite level stakeholders
  • Experience in liaising/working with insurers
  • Ability to thrive in a small‑team setting
  • Strong IT skills
