Overview

Sales & Application Manager Ultrasound - BeLux

Responsibilities
  • Align comprehensive clinical sales strategies with Philips' broader organizational goals to drive revenue growth and market share expansion.
  • Communicate complex clinical and technical information effectively to senior management, healthcare professionals, and key customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product development, marketing, customer support) to deliver impactful sales presentations, product demos, and training programs.
  • Define and track KPIs and sales metrics, implementing data-driven strategies to exceed business objectives.
  • Oversee performance and development of junior Clinical Application Specialists, ensuring compliance and fostering professional growth.
  • Delegate tasks strategically within the sales team to optimize resource allocation and empower team members.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, healthcare leaders, and industry influencers to enhance Philips' reputation.
  • Evaluate sales performance and team effectiveness, providing feedback and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Lead high-stakes negotiations and strategic discussions with top-tier customers and executive stakeholders.
  • Ensure seamless implementation of new sales initiatives and integration of advanced technologies in compliance with Philips' standards and regulations.
  • Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, encouraging best practices and collaborative problem-solving.
  • Manage talent across the team, including recruitment, performance management, compensation, and career development.
Qualifications
  • You have 5 - 7 years of experience in Business Development or Clinical Sales, ideally in Ultrasound and/or medical imaging technologies.
  • You bring strong sales acumen, stakeholder management, and strategic planning skills.
  • You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or in Imaging fields.
  • You are passionate about continuous improvement, team leadership, and delivering customer satisfaction.
  • You are fluent in local languages (French, Dutch) and English.
How we work together
  • We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
  • Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
  • Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
