A global provider of learning solutions is looking for a Senior Business Development Partner to drive growth in the French market from the UK. This role focuses on consultative sales of innovative e-learning solutions to senior HR and business stakeholders. Are you a French-speaking sales professional passionate about digital learning and modern talent development? We’re mandated by a global provider of learning and talent solutions that is scaling its EMEA presence to meet growing demand from enterprise clients. With a substantial international workforce and strong financial performance, our client helps organisations modernise how they learn, develop and engage their people. They are now hiring a Senior Business Development Partner to drive growth across the French market from a UK base.
This role centres on selling innovative e-learning and digital learning solutions to senior HR, L&D and business stakeholders. You’ll position technology-enabled learning programmes that support leadership development, capability building and organisational change. Acting as a trusted advisor, you’ll guide clients through solution design, implementation planning and long-term adoption. The focus is on high-value, consultative sales rather than transactional volume.
The ideal candidate will bring experience in B2B solution sales, ideally within e-learning, HR-tech, SaaS, or digital learning environments. You must be a native or fluent French speaker, confident engaging enterprise-level stakeholders and operating in English internally. You’ll be commercially driven, articulate, and comfortable managing complex buying journeys. A genuine interest in digital learning and how technology enables performance will set you apart.
