In this role, you will be the initial point of contact for new clients, representing our brand and guiding them in building their investment portfolios with us. Your responsibilities will include establishing rapport with new customers, capturing their interest, and helping to lay the foundation for our business's growth. Your efforts will drive new business and expand our client base.

You will have the opportunity to grow quickly in this role, we are looking for goal-driven, money-hungry individuals. Inbound leads and warm leads provided.

We are looking for a senior broker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for whisky and wine, excellent interpersonal skills, and a drive to exceed sales targets. This role involves building and maintaining client relationships, promoting our whisky range, and expanding our market presence.

1. Introduce whisky and wine investments to high-net-worth individuals
2. Run daily sales calls with current and potential investors
3. Provide expertise and advice on the whisky market to potential buyers
4. Monitor and track the performance of investments, making adjustments as necessary
5. Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and compliance standards
6. Understand advertising and marketing campaigns
7. Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management
8. Use Salesforce or similar CRM tools to monitor client interactions and manage leads efficiently

• Previous sales experience, ideally in the alcoholic beverages industry
• Experience as a senior broker trading and looking after clients is a must
• Strong passion for whisky and/or wine, with knowledge of its history, production, and varieties
• Background in business development
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales targets
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Degree or equivalent qualification
• WSET qualification is a plus

• Salary of £18,000 – £24,000
• £150,000 – 200,000 OTE
