A leading IT services provider is seeking an Account Manager to join their team. This role involves being the main point of contact for clients, ensuring successful delivery of IT solutions, and fostering strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a solid IT background. The position offers a base salary of £30,000-£35,000 plus commission, with a hybrid working model. Qualifications

  • Excellent customer facing skills and ability to communicate effectively.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Must hold a full clean UK Driving Licence.
  • Proven IT background ideally at a Microsoft Partner/Managed Service Provider.
  • Ability to deal with technical product information.
  • Conversational fluency in English to explain complex issues clearly.
