A leading investment firm is seeking a Regional Sales Director to lead its team in the South East of England. The role requires a strong leader to drive sales, manage relationships with advisers, and ensure compliance. Candidates must have significant experience in the financial services sector, particularly in life and pensions. This role is an excellent opportunity to lead a talented, ambitious, and high performing region in a fast moving and forward-looking business with a clear strategy for future growth. You will join a well-established team reporting to the Intermediated Sales Director and deliver sales revenue targets across the M&G propositions including PruFund. You will be responsible for all aspects of performance, development, quality and regulatory conduct of the Account Management team operating across a panel of financial adviser firms in the relevant region. The panels have a strong supporter base and good market share with potential for growth around the wider M&G proposition. The overall package is strong with a competitive bonus and high earning potential if you and your region are performing successfully.
