Job summary

A leading property investment firm in Glasgow is seeking a Property Sales Manager to manage a sales team, drive results, and build future leaders. The ideal candidate has proven experience in sales management and a strong analytical mindset. This role offers uncapped revenue share along with a base salary. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9AM - 5PM.

  • Join a circle of top-performing managers, sharing strategies and scaling each other's success.
  • If your team of 8 sells an average of 7 properties per month at an average deal value of £9,000, you’d take 1.25% of £504,000 per month – on top of your base salary.
