We are currently looking for a Sales Manager to join our London Cluster sales team. Here’s your opportunity to join one of the fastest growing companies in the UK with a reputation for disrupting the industry. Selling our sought‑after hotels, you will gain broad multi‑site experience across our four locations to deliver budget expectations and grow market share. Reporting to the Assistant Director of Sales – London, we’ll look to you to drive business into Hoxton’s London portfolio of hotels across all segments with a key focus into meetings, events and groups.
Job Description
- Proactively generate new business from the local market for corporate, group, meetings and events.
- Manage a portfolio of accounts.
- Support 360 account management across the portfolio of existing accounts to uncover opportunities locally across all segments for The Hoxton’s London Cluster.
- Work with the Assistant Director of Sales to prepare and execute creative sales strategies to maximise revenue opportunities across multiple segments.
- Use initiative to generate new business leads through market research, utilising our tools, liaising with the Global Sales team and the Accor team.
- Pay attention to the commercials and monitor new market trends and competitor analysis.
- Represent The Hoxton at industry local networking events.
- Organise show rounds, familiarisation trips, office visits and presentations to enhance exposure amongst key decision makers in the industry.
- Utilise the ACCOR systems to maintain up‑to‑date account information and assess lead opportunities.
- Work towards corporate, group, M&E, crew, leisure group revenue goals and team KPIs.
- Cross‑sell The Hoxton and Ennismore properties globally.
- Support with weekly and monthly reporting and revenue strategy meetings.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years’ experience in London hotel sales.
- People skills, great at growing and nurturing long‑lasting relationships.
- Enthusiastic, works autonomously, enjoys a fast‑moving environment.
- Passionate about hospitality – drink, meal, event or a bed for the night.
- Enjoys doing things differently and trying new approaches.
- Team‑oriented, good humor and enjoys shared success.
