Our client is a well-known brand within the property industry. They are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join their busy team in East London with a minimum of 1 – 2 year’s experience and ready to hit the ground running. Are you great at multitasking? The role:
  • Generate market appraisals, developing new business
  • Converting appraisals into sales instructions
  • Handling enquiries generated from the internet, telephone and walk-ins, in a professional manner
  • Generate and accompany viewings and maintain feedback with all parties and negotiate offers
  • Be responsible for maintaining records on internal databases
  • Marketing of properties
  • Contribute to general running and profitability of the sales department
Required Skills:
  • Experience working as a Sales Valuer
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • You must be highly driven and enthusiastic, with a proven ability to build strong professional relationships with clients and buyers
  • Proven track record in closing deals
  • An up-to-date understanding of market trends, local property values and an awareness of the local competition
  • Full clean driving licence and own car
