Are you ready to shape the future with your innovative thinking? The Academic Account Specialist is responsible for driving sales of all McGraw Hill products with a strong focus on improving ROI and sell-through of our existing business.
The role aims to grow core existing business and support universities in their digital transformation by meeting sales and engagement targets, increasing account revenue, and managing overall account relationships. This includes collaborating with internal teams and external eBook partners to ensure product success and alignment with teaching needs.
In this role, you will manage a defined territory, proactively engage existing customers, and help generate new business opportunities through virtual meetings, email, and phone outreach. You will deepen engagement with current MH content users, scale existing eBook accounts, and support smooth adoption by partnering with marketing, product, commercial teams, and eBook retailers. By ensuring high usage, strong sell-through rates, and effective remote product demonstrations, you directly influence customer satisfaction and the growth of MH’s digital and print solutions.
