This role reports directly to the Chief HR Officer, based in Europe, and is the top HR position supporting the Americas (including the US and Canada).As HR Director, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing talent strategies that enable growth, innovation, and organizational effectiveness across Fiskars Americas. You’ll be responsible for leading HR initiatives and ensuring they align with both business objectives and global HR strategies.
