Job summary

A leading HR consultancy in Dorset is seeking a Senior HR Advisor to manage complex Employee Relations cases and provide expert HR policy advice. This interim contract runs until March 2026, with responsibilities including stakeholder management and ensuring compliance with employment legislation. The ideal candidate is CIPD qualified (or equivalent) and possesses strong knowledge of UK employment law. This is a full-time role with a hybrid working model, involving 3 days on-site and 2 days remote.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in handling complex Employee Relations cases in a unionised environment.
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR practices in large organizations.
  • Ability to influence decision-makers and stakeholders at all levels.

  • Lead and manage complex Employee Relations cases including disciplinary and grievance matters.
  • Provide expert HR policy and employment law advice to managers.
  • Collaborate with trade unions for positive industrial relations.
