Job summary

A public sector organization in Coventry seeks an experienced HR Officer to enhance employee experience and deliver HR services throughout the employee lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in HR and CIPD membership. Responsibilities include maintaining HR policies, advising managers, and leading initiatives in learning and wellbeing. The role also involves occasional travel to other offices and encourages applications from minority ethnic groups.

Qualifications

  • Significant experience in delivering a full professional HR/Learning service.
  • Chartered membership of CIPD or equivalent experience.
  • Confidence in advising managers on all aspects of people management.

Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of the employee experience at LGSCO.
  • Ensure HR policies and processes are up to date.
  • Act as a trusted contact for staff and managers.
