Job Description

What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Recruitment Consultant at Hamilton Cross, you'll play a hands-on role in ensuring we have a steady stream of top-tier healthcare professionals ready to meet client needs. Your day-to-day will include:

Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified Nurses, Healthcare Assistants, and Support Workers through continuous recruitment activity.

Creating, posting, and managing engaging job adverts across various platforms to attract the best talent.

Proactively sourcing, screening CVs, conducting initial telephone interviews, and guiding candidates through the onboarding process.

Promoting the benefits of working with Hamilton Cross to secure candidate interest and commitment.

Ensuring full compliance by maintaining accurate and up-to-date candidate files in line with internal and regulatory standards.

Developing and nurturing positive relationships with healthcare workers, offering consistent support and engagement.

Collaborating with the bookings team to ensure a reliable flow of available staff for client requirements.

Contributing to team success by achieving recruitment KPIs and upholding quality benchmarks.

Representing the Hamilton Cross brand with professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm.

Championing a positive candidate experience to encourage long-term retention and loyalty.

Essential Experience & Attributes:

Background in recruitment, customer service, or sales.

A confident communicator with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills

Motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working to targets

Ability to perform under pressure in a high-energy, fast-paced setting

Positive attitude, resilience, and a proactive, solution-focused approach

Eagerness to learn, develop new skills, and grow within the role

Desirable (but not essential):

Experience in healthcare or healthcare recruitment

Understanding of staffing compliance and industry regulations

Familiarity with recruitment databases, CRMs, or applicant tracking systems
