Are you highly organised, proactive, and energised by fast‑paced events? Everton Football Club is looking for a People Operations Administrator- 6 month FTC to play a vital role in delivering exceptional matchday and event experiences across our iconic venues.
In this role, you’ll be at the heart of event operations—making sure our matchday and event workforce is fully staffed, compliant, and ready to deliver a safe and welcoming environment for thousands of fans and visitors. From onboarding and accreditation to scheduling, payroll inputs, and event‑day coordination, you’ll ensure our people processes run seamlessly behind the scenes.
Working across Goodison Park, Hill Dickinson, and other operational sites, you’ll collaborate with multiple departments to support high‑volume, high‑energy events—often during evenings, weekends, and bank holidays. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives under pressure, enjoys problem‑solving in real time, and wants to be part of the operational heartbeat of a Premier League club.
