A global aerospace manufacturing organisation in Belfast is seeking a meticulous Payroll and Time Administrator to manage payroll data and maintain attendance systems. Responsibilities include accurate entry of employee hours, handling queries from employees, and generating various reports. The ideal candidate should have over 2 years of experience in payroll administration, proficiency in Google Sheets, and the ability to manage confidential information. This is a full-time, on-site position with an hourly rate of £21.36.

Our client is a globally recognised Aerospace Manufacturing organisation operating within a highly regulated environment. They are seeking a meticulous and organised Payroll and Time Administrator to support accurate payroll processing and maintain their local time and attendance systems.
This is a key administrative role, working closely with managers, employees, HR and the wider payroll team to ensure the accurate collation and submission of payroll-critical data each month.
As Payroll and Time Administrator, you will take ownership of maintaining the time and attendance system (Google Appsheet), ensuring accurate entry and validation of employee hours, overtime, leave and absences.
You will act as the first point of contact for time and attendance queries, supporting employees, managers and HR with professional and timely resolutions. You will also generate weekly, monthly and ad-hoc management reports, complete payroll input sheets, manage new hire documentation, and support payroll cut-off coordination with the central payroll team.
Accuracy, confidentiality and strong organisational skills are essential, as this role handles sensitive employee information and high volumes of payroll data.
