You will lead strategies to increase app downloads and user engagement while collaborating with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in B2C marketing, strong CRM skills, and a proven ability to scale user bases. This full-time role offers opportunities for growth and a dynamic work environment.

Qualifications

  • Experienced B2C marketer with strong consumer app or marketplace experience.
  • Proven at scaling user bases from tens of thousands upward.
  • Skilled in CRM, lifecycle, segmentation and retention.

Responsibilities

  • Own the marketing strategy to grow from 18k to 100k+ users.
  • Define and optimise acquisition, activation, retention and referral KPIs.
  • Lead CRM across email, push and in-app.
