About Shuffle

Shuffle is a fast-growing circular finance platform supporting the UK’s best hospitality venues and rewarding customers through our consumer app. We’ve launched in Manchester, Liverpool and Glasgow, with more cities on the way, backed by £4m from top-tier VCs.

We’re building a high-performing, in-person team in London and are now hiring our first senior marketing leader.

The Role

We’re looking for a hands‑on Head of Marketing (for our consumer app) to own and scale our B2C growth engine - from strategy to execution. Reporting to the co‑founder, you’ll drive app downloads, activation and engagement, build our CRM and lifecycle programmes, and test new channels to make Shuffle the go‑to rewards app for hospitality.

You’ll lead a small team, work with freelancers, and collaborate closely with product, data and ops.

What You’ll Do
  • Own the marketing strategy to grow from 18k to 100k+ users.
  • Define and optimise acquisition, activation, retention and referral KPIs.
  • Lead CRM across email, push and in‑app (Customer.io).
  • Build and improve referral, rewards and segmentation strategies.
  • Oversee social, content, influencers and affiliate programmes.
  • Manage paid performance via freelancers (Meta, TikTok).
  • Run local and city‑launch marketing, partnerships and OOH.
  • Bring a test‑and‑learn, data‑driven approach while staying scrappy.
Who You Are
  • Experienced B2C marketer with strong consumer app or marketplace experience.
  • Proven at scaling user bases from tens of thousands upward.
  • Skilled in CRM, lifecycle, segmentation and retention.
  • Comfortable with influencer/micro‑creator acquisition and referral growth.
  • Happy in a fast‑paced startup and confident switching between strategy and hands‑on execution.
