About the role

You will take ownership of our social media channels, ensuring they reflect our brand identity, craftsmanship, and values. Working closely with our creative teams, you will help shape the storytelling and content that represent Luca Faloni across platforms. Your focus will be on community engagement, channel management, and maintaining a cohesive brand voice. A central part of this role is managing relationships with brand ambassadors and content collaborators, coordinating authentic testimonials, features, and partnerships that resonate with our community.

You will also collaborate with our Performance Marketing, Graphic Design, PR teams to support wider campaigns.

What you will do
  • Manage and grow all Luca Faloni social media channels
  • Plan and execute the social content calendar in coordination with the Creative team
  • Manage relationships with brand ambassadors and content collaborators, coordinating testimonials, product features, and authentic brand stories
  • Brief and collaborate with our internal teams to produce high-quality content
  • Engage with our online community, ensuring timely and thoughtful interactions
  • Analyse platform insights and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and visual identity
  • Support campaign launches by collaborating with PR and Performance Marketing teams
