• Minimum 2:1 in Civil Engineering
• No more than 12 months’ work experience
• Good communication and teamwork skills with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Project).
• Hard working with a positive can-do attitude.

Our graduate selection process shall comprise of thefollowing stages: ApplicationOnline assessment Shortlisting Graduate Assessment Centre

• Carry out site visits and research relevant planningpolicies
• Comply with all relevant policies and procedures
• Help in the preparation of relevant planningapplications and associated documentation
• Keep track of planning policy changes, methods and bestpractices, bringing relevant changes into the workplace
• Maintain accurate records of all activities
• Support community engagement and community consultationprocesses
• Support coordination of planning tasks with projectdelivery teams
• Support with regular assurance activity to monitorcompliance
• Support with the management of consents
• Work with internal and external stakeholders throughoutthe entire planning process
