Process and Monitoring Coordinator

We're looking for a Process Monitoring Coordinator to join our Optimisation Centre (OC). The OC is a dedicated support team that embeds, protects, and optimises SAP processes, with the ultimate goal of providing business assurance through change, collaborating closely with teams across the Group to ensure our solutions meet Co-op's business needs.
In this role, you’ll play a key part in understanding through monitoring the performance of our business processes, particularly during new system implementations or changes. As a Process Monitoring Coordinator, you'll design and develop user-friendly dashboards in Power BI, offering clear insights that support process optimisation and help drive awareness of performance across the business, mainly within our SAP landscape.
