Job summary

A leading construction company in Manchester seeks ambitious Graduate Civil Engineers to join their team. Ideal candidates will hold a 2:1 degree in Civil Engineering and possess strong communication and teamwork skills. This position offers an introduction to the Graduate Programme, ensuring valuable development and career opportunities in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities include site visits, planning application support, and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Carry out site visits and research relevant planning policies.
  • Comply with all relevant policies and procedures.
  • Help in the preparation of relevant planning applications.
  • Keep track of planning policy changes and best practices.
  • Maintain accurate records of all activities.
  • Support community engagement processes.
  • Support coordination of planning tasks with delivery teams.
  • Support regular assurance activity for compliance.
  • Support with the management of consents.
  • Work with stakeholders throughout the planning process.
