Working hours: Full time (37.5) including weekend working.

Experience level: Must have current or recent optical lab experience.

At Specsavers, our Laboratory Technicians use the latest computer-controlled equipment and an eye for detail & accuracy, allowing them to maintain high standards and maximise customer satisfaction.

With your previous knowledge of an Optical Lab, you will be part of a team responsible for preparing customer’s spectacle orders to the highest standard and be confident with the following responsibilities:

1. Accurately reading lens and frame specifications from prescriptions that are received.
2. Setting and glazing lenses into frames ensuring attention to detail at all times.
3. Completing necessary minor repairs and adjustments.
4. Working towards agreed timeframes to meet customer expectations.
