Responsibilities

  • Carry out site visits and research relevant planning policies.
  • Comply with all relevant policies and procedures.
  • Prepare relevant planning applications and associated documentation.
  • Keep track of planning policy changes and best practices.
  • Maintain accurate records of all activities.
  • Support community engagement and consultation processes.
  • Coordinate planning tasks with project delivery teams.
  • Support management of consents.
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders throughout the entire planning process.
