• Be the voice of the customer and help shape the customer service strategy and vision
• Motivate, lead and inspire a team to deliver excellent customer service to the agreed KPIs
• Coach, guide and develop your team through SMART objectives and PDPs
• Implement new processes and drive change through projects to improve the customer experience
• Work cross functionally with colleagues to achieve business objectives

• Native‑level fluency in French (C1‑C2) and German (B2‑C2)
• A passion for customer service and hitting the SLAs
• An inspirational and motivational leadership style
• Degree level qualification or equivalent in leadership
• Project management and excellent organisational skills

• Salary of up to £40,000 depending on experience. Tell us more about your salary expectations.
