Job summary
A global chocolate manufacturer is seeking a Finance Business Partner to lead financial planning and support strategic decisions across Europe. You will drive insights with accurate reports and collaborate with multi-functional teams. The ideal candidate holds a finance degree and has a proven track record in financial forecasting and business partnering. Being fluent in French and English is crucial, and experience with SAP is a plus. Join us at the largest M&M's factory in Europe and enjoy a unique working environment.
Qualifications
- At least 4 years of experience in finance with strong track record.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles.
- Experience in FMCG or digital business environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead annual financial planning cycle and stakeholder alignments.
- Guide market financial forecasting and performance reviews.
- Craft financial reports that bring insights to life.
- Provide strategic viewpoints on P&L and cash flow risks.
