Job summary
A leading global manufacturing company in the United Kingdom is seeking an HR Business Lead for North West and Scotland. This role is crucial in executing the people strategy aligned with business priorities. Qualifications
- Experience of working in a sales/service or engineering environment.
- Strong experience of employee relations and employment law including trade unions.

Responsibilities

- Develop and implement associated people plans and initiatives.
