We are seeking a Senior Research Associate to join our Japan Semiconductors team, based in Bernstein’s Hong Kong office, part of our leading Equity Research platform in Asia. Our research teams are small, typically two or three professionals, giving you significant responsibility and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact.
As a Senior Research Associate, you will:
- Develop expertise in your sector by working closely with a Senior Analyst who is an industry veteran
- Perform in-depth analysis of the industry and companies within it
- Contribute to our distinguished written research products
- Build relationships with company management, sales, trading, and institutional clients

Our Senior Research Associates typically possess:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; fluency in Japanese is beneficial
- Outstanding academic performance, with top percentile test scores and grades
- Strong analytical skills
- Familiarity with Bloomberg Terminal is a plus
- Curiosity and a drive to excel at the highest level
