• Proven ability to analyze and resolve system performance issues.
• Experience with SuccessFactors Onboarding solutions.

Responsibilities

• Support SuccessFactors and work on future enhancements.
• Provide expertise in LMS, workflows, and data models.
• Assist with system upgrades and promote opportunities for enhancements.
• Train superusers and develop training materials.
