This role offers the opportunity to work across technically complex and high-value sectors, supplying specialist professionals into some of the world’s most demanding projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and develop a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future requirements
• Proactively resource candidates using LinkedIn and other recruitment tools
• Conduct candidate interviews via phone and video
• Screen, qualify, and assess candidates based on CV reviews and interview feedback
• Act as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience aligned with BTS standards
