Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience in employee relations and payroll support.
  • Experience advising managers on HR policies and performance management.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for HR queries.
  • Support managers on employee relations cases.
  • Ensure HR policies are up to date and legally compliant.
  • Assist in managing long-term sickness and absence cases.
  • Support monthly payroll processing and maintain HR records.

Skills

Experience in HR Advisor or Officer role
Strong knowledge of UK employment law

Education

CIPD qualification (or working towards level 5)
