  • Provide ongoing communication and support to ensure learners remain engaged and informed.
  • Arrange assessments, testing, and certification, ensuring compliance with awarding body requirements.
  • Schedule trainers, assessors, and internal resources to meet programme needs.
  • Ensure the programme runs to agreed timelines and escalates risks or delays when needed.
  • Support communication with employers regarding learner placements, course updates, and outcomes.
  • Build positive working relationships with trainers, managers, job centres, and support partners.
  • Maintain accurate data within internal systems (e.g., CRM, LMS, MIS).
  • Support quality assurance processes, including capturing learner feedback and preparing documents for audits.
  • Prepare programme reports, completion summaries, and KPI tracking.
  • Contribute ideas to enhance learner experience and programme efficiency.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience in administration or coordination roles, ideally within training, education, or recruitment.
  • Confidence using digital systems (CRM, LMS, spreadsheets).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
